HOMEMADE KETO MEATLOAF | Keto Recipes

Ingredients (4 Servings)
2 tbsp butter
4 Organic cage free eggs
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1 red pepper, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
25 oz. ground beef (80 Lean/20 Fat)
1 egg
1 tbsp dried oregano or dried basil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
9oz. sliced bacon
½ Cup Sugar-Free Ketchup (We like G Hughes Sugar Free ) @ghughessugarfree on Instagram
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Cook Onions
Mix the ground meat in a bowl. Add all other ingredients, except the bacon.
Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish. Wrap the loaf in bacon.
Bake for about 40-50 Minutes
Serve with our cauliflower mash or delicious green beans as pictured.
