So, one of the things that we’ve noticed is the hardest for new folks on KETO is getting away from those cheat meals. Even worse, sugary and high carb cheat meals. Now, we are ALL for getting in a good cheat meal here and there but you have to understand what your goals are. If your goal is geared towards weight loss then waiting a good 30 days before going rouge at the Waffle House is probably your best bet. If your goal is overall better health, then maybe giving your body a few weeks to get fat adapted may be more of the route you want to take. Either way, it’s important to realize that cheat meal, or no cheat meal, you can always indulge without kicking yourself out of Ketosis. So our team decided to start putting together some delicious milkshake recipes (THAT ARE TO BE SHARED!) for you to indulge on the weekend of Non-Cheat meals.
It’s important to keep a steady stream of healthy fats into our diets. We believe that’s one of the brilliant things Bullet Proof was able to do with their coffee. Create delicious treats and drinks that are healthy and nutritious. Hence, our milkshakes:
